Well I'm glad that's over with.
Sep. 21st, 2009 09:03 amWell, on the one hand, the Dungeons and Dragons game yesterday was a bust, and my attempts to coordinate for the bringing of the food were "Situation normal, all Foxtrot up."
On the other hand, we resolved to be more consciencious and decide on food in advance - next week: Southern barbeque chicken and dirty rice for lunch, courtesy of me - and this meant more time to talk Voice Acting.
Bottom line: Becca Taylor is Anna Jie Bai Lin, full stop. And once she stops tripping over Japanese pronounciation, Jen Taylor is Yukiko Tendo. (She NEEDS to be fluent in Japanese for plot reasons, unfortunatley; first generation child. To prevent excessive genki and weeaboo, she'll just pick up phrases from pretty much every langauge.)
Her parents were proud enough of this that I had my first glass of Champaigne to celebrate. All I can say is - that wine's reputation? Utterly deserved.
Also, the words "I Won't Do Anything You Don't Want Me To" are now known as "The Greater Rune Of Pantsing." This is by official decree.
Going to post some fun stuff later.
Good morning.
How are you?
