Someone who enjoys Acting pushes it because thier character would do it.
Someone who enjoys Celebration does it because in this genre, you always push the big red button in this situation.
Someone who enjoys Challenge does it because it's less disadvantageous for them than pushing the big blue button or the big yellow button.
Someone who enjoys Exploration does it to see what happens.
Someone who enjoys Theme does it because it's an interesting moral choice.
BONUS! Why are there kobolds in this mine?
A GM who enjoys Acting has kobolds there so he can play as a kobold and ping off of people playing kobold-haters.
A GM who enjoys Celebration does it because you always have kobolds attack in a mine in D&D!
A GM who enjoys Challenge does it because the Kobolds will make for an exciting, risky encounter.
A GM who enjoys Exploration does it because this Kobold society is extremely interesting and unlike any other Kobold societies.
A GM who enjoys Theme does it because the Kobolds will present the players with a dilemma, through thier presence or thier actions.
